Hei conversion 71 Cutlass #%) rocket

Hello< I am trying to navigate my way around the site here. Can anyone tell me what the timing should be set at? I have converted to HEI and removed the old points distributor. 18degrees?

with the advance unplugged and running at about 750 RPMs i think it should be set at 12 degrees if i remember correctly.

1100 RPM, with advanced vacuum hose unplugged and sealed on the hose end.
12 degrees BTDC
