Greetings From Minneapolis/St. Paul!

New to site. Recently put a new olds project in my garage. This is my 5th Olds and this one is just like my first. The latest is a 75 Cutlass Salon 350 with the white swivel buckets. First one was a white on white 74 Cutlass Spreme with a 455 and white buckets. Miss her but the new one in red/ white has some great potential. My wife says I'm a complicated man. But really I'm just a knucklehead who wants to relive a little youth at 50yrs old. First car I rode in at 100mph+ was my dads 69 Lemon Yellow 442 Convertible. That's when this love story began. Dad was a knuckle head too. He only owned the 442 for 6 months, after buying new. He always thought it needed a tune up because it naturally rumbled at the stop light. I think he sold it after my older bro took me for the 100+mph ride! At any rate that's my sad story.

Welcome to the site. Show some pics when you can. I once had a 73 Laguna with the swivel buckets and liked them. At the time, and still today, they are cool.

Welcome, sounds like a nice car. Always liked the intermediates. The swivel bucket seats were such a great idea, I'm surprised the option didn't last.

Another Minnesotan!

Welcome aboard. It's nice to see another Minnesotan on the forum. What part of the Metro do you live in?

I live in Eagan. What about you? Do you go to any area shows? I try to hit N St Paul Fri nights, Hastings and also C&C at the auto plex.

I live in Maplewood. I'm in N St Paul nearly every Friday eve; Hastings only a couple times during the season. Haven't been to Autoplex. One of these days... The Olds in my avatar is my Dad's. I'm currently Olds-less, but always looking for the next one!
