Talking Greetings ClassicOlds Guys

Hi, My name is Josh. I am new to the classic oldsmobile hobby. I have a 1972 Cutty S that i am doing a resto on. I painted the exterior and i am currently in the process of reupholstering the interior. Engine is still strong, and tranny is good, so i am waiting to redo those parts. Well, Thats my story so far! I will post pics and i am always open to suggestions! Thank you!

Welcome, Josh!
Take a look at the "interior makeover" link in my signature - it might give you some tips and tricks and forewarnings about doing your interior.

Post your progress if you can!

Welcome!

Hey Josh! Welcome to ClassicOldsmobile.com. The people on this site are awesome! I'm working on a 72 cutlass S myself so you will have to post some pictures of your interior resto - I always like to learn a thing or two.

So, sewing up the seats were a B*tch with a walmart special sewing machine! I shoulda gone with the legendary interior. But, as i look back at it, it was a fantastic learning experience and it was kinda fun. Here is some pics of the work-in-progress. This coming weekend... it is going to be time to work on that front seat. The kids and i are pretty excited to take her for a spin!
