I am looking for that same thing. My 62 Starfire has single exhaust on it (One of the previous owners didn't want to pay the extra cash for the dual system) and it would be awesome to put it back to duals. I know that in 62, that section of pipe is kind of strange, which is prob why they changed the design of that manifold in 63 (which is why many 62 owners like those manifolds since you don't need a crazy down pipe anymore). But the 63 manifolds are kind of hard to find and are very expensive. I would be interested in what you find out. It would be so much easier if someone had a bolt on system ready to go for our cars.

Do you have any pictures of your car posted? I am a big Starfire fan, even though they are kind of a pain to find parts for heh
