Engine swap question

Thinking of swapping my 350 for an Olds 400 in my71 Cutlass S. Wondering if I would have any issues with the swap.

Just use the mounts, WP and all of the accessories for the 350 and all you will need to change will be exhaust, belts and a couple hoses. It's a pretty straight forward swap.
