may have actually joined this site a few years back but computer crashes & u lose info & track of time....."blah blah blah!!.i want your cutlass "...the real reason GM crashed was because they axed OLDSMOBILE ! start with the best & lose the rest !!

hot damm that resto on that blue 442 where they even put fresh grey paint down on the inside floor..looks awesome even though it may just be primer...nice to see complete restorations make DR. OLDSMOBILE PROUD !!

What blue 442??

You can still be a pirate with a Cutlass, go after the cars in the Land Yacht Club, to afford the gas for one of those skows you got to have all kinds of booty.

The Cutlass was actully named after an early 50's fighter jet. The driver mortality rate would be pretty high if they were like that airplane.

it was on the header above newbie blogs of some members car resto-- blue 442...the info on the name for the CUTLASS was something i did not know..works for me !

thanx guys.. oldest child just left the ex's nest...now i got childle$$ support money to burn !! spending on my 71 Cutlass Supreme.. torn between building up the original 350 vs. low mileage 455..ya leaning towards 455.. u probably saw my post about the B Heads i have (39* vs.45*) those are just 1 of 4 sets of big block heads i have....so decisions decisions....

just got a killer alum intake from professional products has the air gap tech-- for 455..great price on ebay brand new vs. fighting over used ones w/ other bidders...they also sell the same intake with fuel injection rails...but thats another project for another day...next SS valves for G heads or B heads plus 10:1 pistons...anyone got any for sale??--pistons--
