Delaware/Maryland BOP Collector

It's been a few weeks since I joined Classic Oldsmobile and I'm just now getting around to introducing myself. My reason for joining is the recent acquisition of my 1962 Olds Starfire HT. I've posted pictures, however, my computer skills are such that I won't know if I was successful until I finish my introduction. I'm a retired Police Officer, and retired Security/Safety Director of a Childrens Hospital. I learned to drive in 1961 on my father's 54 Olds 88 2dr HT and drove his 1960 Super 88 2dr HT to my senior prom; my date was my wife of 43 years who I met in 1st grade. We have two grown children, a daughter and son. I drive a 2006 C6 Corvette; she drives a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT. I currently have a 1966 Buick Skylark GS Convertible and a 1989 Pontiac Trans AM 20th Anniversary Indy 500 Pace Car, #545 of 1500. I wish all well and look forward to learning much about my Starfire from our fellow members.

I bought my Olds in Christiana and I attended Brandywine high school till my family moved. How old are your kids? For all I know, I went to school with them!

However, if they went to Tatnall, they're a bunch of wusses.
