1967 Oldsmobile (3) Cutlass (36) Holiday Coupe (two-door hardtop, 17) built 3rd week of November 1966 (11C) at Fremont, California (BF). Lower and upper body colors are crystal blue (D D), black vinyl bench seat (TR 920), roof drip molding (B80).
The 00621 is the Fisher Body sequence number at that plant and can't be decoded further.
As far as I know, the string of characters along the bottom (D22141 13 182) cannot be decoded, either.
Does your car look anything like this? Can we see some photos of it?
