I have a 4 door 1982 Delta 88 B Royale . The engine is a 307 code Y with 5a heads . No smog pump no smog fittings or plugs on the 5a heads . Has 4B Q J carb with # 17 cast iron intake . Had carb rebuilt and sleeved primary shaft . Recored original Rad to 2 core 3/4 tubes. Car has original paint and original Vinyl roof. This was my fathers car . Was purchased new in Saskatoon Saskatchewan . Car was in good dry covered storage for about 20 years and still has covered parking in Victoria . Car has power windows , i have had every part of the power windows apart to make them reliable , not fast but reliable ! Car car in Saskatoon with wire wheel covers in Victoria with , 50 s Oldsmobile wheel covers custom paint people here are very interested in the pinstriping ! was it done by hand at factory ?
is now in Victoria BC so car had to pass a BC inspection . To pass inspection car required a whole new steering front end and brakes and new windshield .
Right on. I love it. Love that you love it. That is for sure the factory pin stripe. Laid on by hand? I would guess yes but someone here will know. Probably a vinyl produced pin stripe. Just my guess. Love the unusual colors on your car. You never see the color. That color and that combo? Double never. I like it.
