'73 Delta 88 Royale Convert.

Looking for a couple of small parts to make complete.I need 1 Olds symbol like one at top of web page. The one with oldsmobile on banner over red.I also need the part that holds visors in middle. How is the original rearview mirror in these years?I have seen some cars where the visors swivel into side of mirror in middle.I would like an original mirror,if not I will by aftermarket.I do know a lot of parts are interchangeable back then so the mirror can come out of different years or models of 88's.Please help.I will post pics soon.

You're in luck Cap'n. 2blu442 has a 1973 Olds 98 parts car. He should still have these parts. PM him if he doesn't reply to your thread in a day or so.

The sunvisor retainer is convertible-only but you can get it off any 71-75 GM full-size convertible. The inside rearview mirror mounts to the windshield with adhesive and a bracket, and a Ninety Eight mirror will work on your convert.

Where does this Rocket emblem you need go on the car?

Just wondering how long you've had it too- my old '73 was up for sale in JWO a few months back and I wondered if it found a new home. If this car is beige with cranberry interior and SSIV wheels...

Emblem,and small parts

Thanks for insight. The rocket emblem I need goes on side panel next to little chrome fins.missing one.I am a perfectionist.I can't overlook the smallest detail.Another member said someone has a 73 Olds 98 parts car.Hopefully I can contact and strike it rich with emblem and mirror.I need help locating a sunvisor retainer.Should I post another ad just for that?
