Anybody know if a 72 cutlass supreme 2 dr. htp front clip is a bolt on to a 71 cutlass supreme 2 dr. htp?

 

Yes it is. The core support of a 1972 is slightly different due to the 1972 grills requiring two small bumps in the top. I believe that's the only difference that matters. The grills, trim around them and painted headlight aluminum bezels are different but that won't have any impact between them swapping over or not. You can put 1971 grills into a 1972 core support, but you cannot put 1972 grills into a 1971 core support.

2blu442, do you know if the 72 CutlassSupreme 350 auto will bolt into my 66 cutlass 330 auto drop top?

 

2blu442 thanks for the reply to James Wingers. That is me If I need a crank for my 330, I will get back to you. I will not rebuild it until August of 2018. I will have the rest of the 72 available for cheap after I pull the front clip and the engine. It is a Supreme, but with cloth interior.
