Well I got a 1962 oldsmobile dynamic88 as a restoration project for me & my son which is 9 and it will be his first car when he is old enough it's completely original less than 62000 original miles no rust at all on the body still has the window sticker warranty plate and every registration receipt from when it was new it needs a new fuel tank ,a rear bumper,and the bands aadjusted on the tranny

4-door hardtop is a Holiday Sedan. The Celebrity Sedan is a four-door sedan with a center post and frames around the side windows. A neat car either way- the 61-64 GM B-body cars were some of the best styled cars they ever built.

Don't know what to tell you on the gas tank. I think a reproduction Chevy tank should work, but a lot of people say no. The rotted out rear bumper is very common and a good one will command a premium price, but it can come from any 1962 full-size Oldsmobile.

I'm still scratching my head over what kind of transmission you have that would require band adjustments.
