418 101 68f3 Cfd 115

I assume the 68F3 came from the back of the block where the flywheel is located. It means nothing, it's simply a casting lot designator. Contrary to urban myth, the "F3" does NOT in any way relate to nickel content of the block.
CFD 115 is Central Foundry Division and I believe the 115 is the day of the year of the casting (115th day).
Where did you find the "418101" number? If it's from one of the cylinder heads above the center two exhaust ports, look again. I suspect it may actually be 413191, which would be a K or KA head (look for the letter near the no. 1 spark plug). K and KA heads were only used on marine and industrial engines, so that would be an indicator.
