From what I am seeing posted on the forums, these heads are a low compression "smog" head. You may want to try and look around to see if you can find something a little older, such as a set from a 330, or from an early 350. I am, by no means, an expert on the Olds motor, and only passing on what I am seeing posted.

PR is practically part of the USA
pretty sure we can easily send heads there.

8's on a 395558 casting 350 can be a fine motor if you do not need super high compression. What octane gas can you get/ afford?

W31 flat pistons and 040 gaskets and #8 heads would probably get around 9:1 compression but I have not run the math....

350 Cutlass

This Cutlass is a 1966 with 1967 front end. Got it from father. We get here 87 to 93 octane at pump. Do big block heads fit?

Very nice looking Cutlass ! Don"t bother with big block heads when # 5 , 6, and 7's are a bolt on upgrade .

Number 8 heads need work in the bowls, exhaust especially. There is a lip just under the valve that needs ground out. They already have 1.625" exhaust valves, just 2" or 2.07" intake valves.

Oh, they're completely part of the USA, Chris.

They just can't send voting representatives to Congress, so they've got Taxation Without Representation, just like our brothers in Washington, DC.

Nice looking car, Marti! Welcome to ClassicOlds.
