1979 Olds 98

Hello I am new to this forum. Thank you for allowing me to join. I purchased a low mile 1979 Olds 98 Regency about 3 weeks ago. We owned a number of oldsmobiles starting with 1977 Olds Omega Brougham all the way through a 1984 Firenza SX We loved them. I grew up around my late grandfather's small town Western MD Chrysler / Plymouth GMC dealership until his untimely death in 1972. We hope to have some fun with the new Olds once we get it more mechanically fit for the roads to go to local shows .

Beautiful 98. You'll get the hang of it about posting...hang in there. This thread is ~6 years old. You should (have and still can) really post your pictures/image into a separate dedicated new thread you create for yourself (on your own). You'll get it....a little trial-by-error.
Welcome to CO.

EDIT: BTW, a good place to post these images and information about the car & yourself is in the Newbie forum where you introduce yourself. Again, welcome.

😳 A Regency with no vinyl roof and N82 chrome wheel option. And black with red interior.

Whoever ordered that car new, whether for dealer stock or customer order, knew how to make a Ninety Eight look good!

This was purchased off BAT right? That dealer in SC gets in some beautiful cars and this is definitely one of them.
