Looks to be a 1979 model based on the tailights.....I believe the 1978 models had the rocket emblem in between the 2 lenses...,or am I backwards on this?

Pako, welcome to this site and really nice job on your re-furbishing of the Cutlass!

Your car has a 79 Header panel emblem and bumper as well as 1979 tail light lenses. The front bumper for the 78 came as a 2 piece (upper and lower). For 78, 79,80 a different front bumper was used but the rear bumper was used all 3 of those years.

The color is great! And nice match up on the wheels too.

Thank you ,

I think it might have been a 79, must've gotten the year wrong.

You're correct, I wrote down the wrong year, because my 78 did come with those tail lights you described.
