1977 olds 98

i am looking for a set of new body bushings for a 77 olds 98. If anyone has any ideas or suppliers(part numbers) will you let me know thanks...

I'd be willing to bet they're the same as 73-77 A-body bushings.
Those are available from Fusick under p/n BM737K.

I called fusick and they said that the a body bushings wouldn't work on a c body.... so the hunt continues

Tamraz has sets for the old caprices. You could use those. That's what I did.
OR
Haulin' *** motorsports makes solid aluminum ones, just let them know the application and they'll probably lathe them right up for you.

Yeah, the 65-70 caprice will work. Just shim with washers so they're all the same height if you get a pair of oddballs in the kit.
Everyone somehow seems to make cars more complicated than they really are.

It's just a piece of metal and a piece of rubber. You could use pieces of 2x4 or solid plastic if you wanted to.

We just 1" allthread the body to the frame when we derby them.
