I just recently picked up an Omega with an inline 6. It's going to be my sons car in 6 years, but in the meantime it will be my daily driver while I slowly restore it. As of right now, it runs great and has a few blemishes on the body with a couple of them being the beginning of rust. I'm sure I will have several questions come up as I begin to work on it but for now just wanted to introduce myself on here.

Nice. I am still new to the omega world. What years are similar in style and parts?

 

75 through 79 omegas novas Ventura's and skylarks and apollos

 

That is good to know. I am having the hardest time finding parts. One part I need, I'm not sure what the name is, may be universal, is a spacer that fits on the cable by the gas pedal to adjust the pedal and get rid of the excess play in it.
