Well to start off, I'm 17, and live in the rust belt of Indiana. My Dad and I are doing a lot of work on my first car. It's a 1972 Cutlass S. I suppose I'll leave all the fun details and pics for a new thread in the Restoration section. Although, we're doing some modifications to it since I'm young. But we are keeping all original parts, and not "high schooling" the thing like with some cars I've seen. Just some classy modifications that will be removable/fixable at a later time. (Considering I know I'll want it all stock later down the road)
We just got it about 3 weeks ago and have already done quite a bit to it! If you want something cool to check up on everyday or every week, then this is it! You'll be able to follow it from a decent deal, to a nicely restored beauty!!
-But...here's a sneak peak![Wink](https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Good Luck. She looks pretty decent to start with. I did a resto on mine a couple years ago. Theres a thread somewhere. Glad to see a Father and Son resto. I'm the only one in my family that loves cars...

You are gonna love that one! I had a '71 Cutlass S Post in high school and I always regretted getting rid of her. She has a good home now at least. Do yourself a favor, don't get to the ripe old age of 20 and decide that it is just an "old car" and dump it off. You will regret it...
