Welcome to the site, nice car. If the trans fluid is a pretty red color, leave it alone. If the coolant is clear and green, tests to the proper temp for your area, leave it alone. If the brake fluid is clear inside the master cylinder, leave it alone. If the engine oil is not black leave it alone. Check the level of the rear end, add as required. Top power steering and windshield washer. Pull it into the garage, disconnect the battery, and let her hibernate till spring. When spring time comes, change the engine oil, and enjoy.

Over the winter I would pull the wheels and check the condition of the brake system/ rubber hoses and wheel bearings/races. Repair/replace as necessary and repack the bearings. Inspect the front end, front and rear suspension, steering components, repair as required and get a front end alignment. Inspect rubber fuel lines and check/or perform a tuneup. Change air filter and fuel filter.

Unfortunately the previous owner didn't have the time to take care off that. Pretty much every fluid you mentioned was black like the exterior paint! I know it will take some time but looking to get all those fluids changed ...... just looking for suggestions as to what order would be most beneficial..... looking to bring her back to life......

If your trans fluid is black I'm afraid you may be looking at a trans overhaul.
