1970 cutlass supreme HT
Can't flip this lid
According to the GM Parts guide,
the 70-72 4 doors and convertibles shared the same deck lid. Like Joe said, the Supreme, for some ungodly reason has it's own unique lid. Doesn't make much sense since a lot of Cutlass Supremes were built as convertibles. Both side profiles look really similar with the same fender extensions, but GM says the 2 deck lids are separate part numbers. Must be something to do with the clearance for the top. Such a unique part, and the irony is that the 4 door and vert lid is more expensive from GM than the HT was
.
If you want a NEW trunk lid, Fusick has them for the 4257 for 359.00
BTW, the stainless moldings that finishes the deck lid use the same horizontal middle piece, but the 2 curves and quarter filler pieces are unique for the Supreme.
