1968 Olds 442 Convertible

Does anyone have the answer if a 68 2 door hardtop door is the same as the 68 442 convertible?

In what manner? They have the same frame, possibly suspension, nearly identical bodies and trim, same options were mostly available for both. Can you refine your question? In my signature below, the black car is a '68 Cutlass S, while the teal car on the right is a '68 4-4-2 - neither are a convertible, as you can see, though.

Will the doors from a 68' hardtop interchange with the 68' 442 convertible?

The frame on a convert is different than the hardtop. Boxed and therefore shorter trans cross member. The doors will inter change but the vent frames have extra detail for the weather strip. But still usable either way.

Yes. If you have both vent frames, you will see an extra rib on the inboard side that the convert weather strip fits into. The hard top has a smooth curve for the weather strip.

What yellowstatue is saying is that the actual door is the same. You will need to swap out the bat wing assemblies.
