1966 delta88 brake conversion

Hey y'all my son was given a 1966 old delta 88 convertible and I am looking to replace the drum brake with disc. And was looking for any suggestion on what might work on it and if any one has a kit. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

I have the SSBC kit on mine (65 Jetstar 1), and converted to dual line with the proportioning valve. Pretty much everything is in the kit, but it's pricey-about $800. You still utilize your speedo cable set up, which is what makes it tricky if you try to use salvage parts from another car. It stops on a dime, and is a great improvement. You don't have to butcher anything, so you can return it to stock, if you want to go back to pulling to the right and stopping like a transit bus, lol!

disc conversion

JetstarJim,

I have a 65 Olds 98. I realize it is not a Jetstar. When you used the SSBC conversion, did you have an issue with the hubs fitting inside the rotors and your ability to use the 14 inch stock rims?
