1963 Cutlass 4GC carb part
I have a "throttle retarder" on my '63 cutlass 4GC carb that I would like to replace.
I can't find ANYTHING on this part. Is it called something else? Thanks.

Throttle retarder for 4GC
The car is in the shop- about 2 hours from here. The part looks a lot like a 1980's choke pull off. Here's the link to that picture:
