If there are some numbers on the bottom of the lock a lock shop may be able to make a key.

A couple of lock photo's, the hole in the lock was for a brass loop clip ( don't know what's it really called ).

The lock shop needs the lock for the key shape and the numbers for a key. That lock looks like one that can be keyed to another key if you want it to match another key set. Show the pictures to a lock shop to verify though.
