1973 cutlass

Kinda of a update from when I got them, earlier this spring. This is my first total restoration.I wouldn't call it a total restoration either. It's a father and son project, that jay picked out lol.Is my work professional done,no.I did it how I know I could get it done.If this was a car that could be worth alot of money after the restoration,I would do things different and right.Im going to replace all steering and suspension parts,as well as body mounts. So I know it's safe for him to drive.

Wow! It looks like you've come a long way towards saving the car! Cool that its a father/son project. Just having something to work on while you spend time together is worth way more than any car.

Agreed. Good for you. Not many people want to step into a 73 and save it. Great job so far. Looks like a great project. I love it.

Do the best you can and enjoy it! The 72 vert I restored was a nightmare of issues but I did every bit of the work myself and am happy with the results . Yes I get the occasional head tilters checking out my work , but it was the first time I ever did one.my son and I had good times in the garage !!
