Can someone tell me what and where to get the correct electric choke conversion kit for my 1971 Olds 455 4brl ??

Well, start by reading this thread.

If you have a Qjet with the hot air choke, you don't need a kit. Simply replace the choke thermostat with an electric one from a mid-1980s Chevy pickup. Wire it up as described in the thread above. You're done.
