three years in the restoration hopper and it's finally at a resting point....meaning I'm going to hold off and just enjoy it a bit for the remainder of the year. Here's the original thread:
And here she is now. I painted the seats in the original parchment and added some crimson accents. The interior was stained nicotine brown from years of cigarette smoke. Since motor wasn't matching, I went ahead and upgraded to a 250W amp with better speakers. Many issues remain, but they're small stuff now that it's up and running.
Somehow the way, she acquired a stable mate this year, which I just finished refreshing last month.
