Sounds like some quality time with the kid! Let me know what you're after for parts, maybe some of the leftovers from my '70 will help you out.

Been awhile lots has changed we moved and have a bit more room to move around, a few weeks ago we bought a new battery, wires plugs cap and rotor and coil. I stopped there and told my daughter she needed to pull up grades and as a soon as I see her report card we would fire it up, well she pulled her grades up so we will be doing this in the morning
i will start a new thread for her build,

Well my son is turning 14 awhile back I had purchased a rough nova for him he has been collecting parts, but was obviously discouraged due to the amount of collecting he needs to do prior to working,
Well a olds I had been watching over the years. Became available, sat down with the wife and discussed the money I saved to help my son project along and the amount the new purchase would cost.
then we sat our son down and laid all the options on the table, I reminded him that he asked about this particular car when we first started to look for a project. Well he agreed he wanted a complete car that he could fix the next few years instead of finding every major part.

long story short we brought home a 67 cutlass
runs and drives,

I will also be starting a build thread for him
we will be hosting a father safety inspection on both projects and replace all fuel, brake lines and coolant hoses, change all fluids and full tune ups on both cars

Here is the nova he is giving up lol it is bitter sweet for me haha
