Floorboard Issues

OK, here,s the situation, I have 5 or 6 small pinholes in my floor (drivers side) do I try to cut out about 1" squares and fix them, or just replace the whole pan. I plan on cleaning the whole thing good and applying POR15 on both sides. I have never done a restoration like this before. I did successfully repair the rust on my radiator support.
Thanks in advance

I'd probably cut out a little more than 1'' squares, or at least until you absolutely see no corroded metal or rust, i had a hole the size of a quarter in my floor pan a few weeks ago, i ended up cutting out a hole that i could fit my foot in just because the metal around it was very weak. But if you can fix it, i'd totally go for it.
