Console
I am getting ready to install console but can't find anything showing measurements for the brackets and shifter. Changing from column to console auto. Can anyone help.

Sure...what year make and model? Register at wildaboutcarsonline.com , and you can get most all the info you want. Should have measurements in the CSM. get it free there....

when I helped put a console in a 70 wagon the floor had dimples to show the locations for the shifter and console brackets. Pull the carpet and look.

I thought I had seen these measurements somewhere in the factory assembly manual, but I'll be darned if I can find it now.

Be aware that the 1970 shifter is different from the 1971 shifter, not sure about 1969.

I have an assembly manual. I thought it was in there but I couldn't find it either. I saw it some where but I can't find it now. Thanks for the help.
