67 Cutlass Supreme TC

This is my new project. A little rough around the edges, but not bad for a car of its age. Have the engine out now and rebuilt, waiting for warmer weather to re-install.

Thanks guys, as for options, it has rocket rally pac, strato buckets (pass seat reclines but no headrests), uhv ign.(missing original dist.), ps,pb,ac, remote mirror, and the turnpike option (th400,442 suspension,CCC)

It has some rust on the rear quarters and the pass. floorboard. Pretty solid otherwise I guess.

Does anyone know how many of these 67's came with the TC option?

Looks like a great starting point! Are you going to jump into the body work? Or will it become a driver for a while?

Thanks again for the nice remarks guys. Hark442, I plan on doing the floorboards myself but the bodywork is a little beyond my capabilities. I do know a good body guy who primarily does older restorations. I know I need to save my cash as there is a LOT of bondo on this thing!

Hey ROKTPWRD does you car have a Jetaway? Cool that it has buckets and a collum shifted automatic. Mine has the split bench Jetaway option.

The original post is 4 years old, and has not been heard from since. Aside from that, lets see some pics of the new to you TP Cruiser!

Hey Guys, Sorry I haven't been on in a while (yeah, FOUR years). I got the engine in and running, and have taken it to a few car shows in the past few years. I still need to upgrade the exhaust, rebuild the tranny, and replace the pass. front floorboard. I can't seem to find time for it, (too many projects). I will try to keep you all updated on the rehab.

So you say you have the UHV ignition minus the distributor. I also have a UHV ignition control box and no distributor. I sent a points dist to Distributor Dave, he converted it to an HEI dist. and put the module in the gutted UHV control box. So its looks like an original UHV ignition set up but actually better, I painted my dist. cap and coil red as they came on the UHV cars. Maybe you would be interested in this, maybe not. Just thought I would pass this on to you. Joe Padavano is the one who told me about Distributor Dave. However if you do it, find another dist to send him so your cars not down. He will completely rebuilt it according to the specs of your engine. Cost was only $204.00 plus shipping. It took about 3 months to get it back but its cool! I think anyway. Probably easier to change the module in the control box than the HEI dist. You can just Google Distributor Dave if interested.
