1968 Cutlass Pseudo Build
Well, here's my father's '68 cutlass build. I'm calling it a pseudo build because it's gonna be a looooooong time before this car actually gets to the restored stage ($ and time are gonna be an issue).
I'm gonna encourage my father to use this thread/site to acquire information on the olds and potential part finds.
So...here's the story thus far. I purchased this car for him about two years ago as a christmas gift. I heard about this car growing up. It was the car that he always wanted but had neither the means nor justification to buy one. I had just recently moved to Arizona from Illinois and started to look for this car given that AZ is notorious for finding old cars in fairly good condition (little rust unlike the cars in the Midwest). I found this car after being in AZ less than a year, gave it to him for xmas and hear we are today. Needless to say, he was stoked to get this car!
There are a few issues with the car.

Just a few updates of the car. Found a Vista Cruiser front clip for a great price. We used the fenders, bumper and core support to replace the same pieces on the cutlass.

Fenders have rust, but it's in no way the same condition as the originals. The Vista fenders will still need to be repaired.

Also bought and added a '69 front bench seat to replace the original.
