Dash restoration

Anyone in readerland have some good references for restoring the lower plastic part of the dash on my 69 Cutlass? I had the dash out probably 20-25 years ago, I repainted it, and did my best to paint on the silver outline around the perimeter, and the silver highlights on the printed labels for “Lights”, “Wipers”, etc. The results weren’t great, and definitely haven’t improved with age. I have a little of the PPG paint that I used, I’m guessing the paint probably isn’t any good after all this time, but hopefully the paint code can be used to find a modern paint code. The upper dash pad is flawless, I’m hoping to leave it alone. My goal with this winter project is to find the annoying squeak behind the radio, repaint the scratch up metal dash around the glove box door, and scratches under the radio area. Once all that is done, I’m replacing the CD player with a Bluetooth capable stereo. No more cords draped all over!
