' w-31 console install
Hi,
just aquired a restored '70 W-31 4 speed and am very peased with it so far as it is a duplicate of the car I ordered back in '70. The original car had a center console with bucket seats, the restored car has buscket seats but no console. I recently purchsed a restored console and bracekts but can't find a bolt and nut kit to fasten the console to the floor pan. Are the bolts welded to the floor pan? or bolted down. If so, what size and type of bolts would I use? Also, what screws do I need to fasten the console to the brackets?
