1953 Oldsmobile "Trim No. 77"

Looking for some assistance on decoding a trim tag for a 1953 Oldsmobile. I have found "Paint No. 60" to be "Polar White" but I haven't been able to find details for "Trim No. 77". Does anyone have access to this information?

Thanks!

I do. Hopefully I'll remember to look it up when I get home...

Wow. Thanks for the scoop!

Can I ask what resource are you using? I would like to try to round a up a copy for myself if possible. Sadly I do not have any photos of the car but I really appreciate the help!

I don't pretend to have all the resources at my disposal, but I use the 1957 Master Body Parts Book to look up trim combinations. As you can see, I have a 56, so in addition to the 1957 Master Body Parts Book, I also have the 1957 Master Chassis Parts Book and the old mandatory Shop Manual.

The front sections of all these manuals have lots of often-overlooked information.

From what I can make out zooming in on your trim number, it looks like a 16. If so, that is Light Green Striped Cloth & Dark Green Leather.
