Sometime in my 79 Cutlass's life someone has pulled the front shoulder seat belts out of the retainers on the side of the bucket seats.
Maybe I am looking at it wrong, but short of disassebling the retractors and re threading the seatbelts from that end I see no other way.
The retainers are one piece, not split like others I have seen. And the buckles and floor mounts do not fit through them.
Any suggestions? Anyone have a good procedure or pics on how to pull apart re tractors?
