Currently have a automatic column shift in my car. I want to put floor shifter in and do want the shifter piece on my column. I don’t mind going the aftermarket route but I can’t find an answer on which column would work for me.

You need a 1968 Olds A-body floor shift column. Chevelle, LeMans, Skylark MIGHT work but not 100% sure. I don't know how well aftermarket/streetrod scene supports these.
