Probabaly an easy one here, but before I screw up my new visor, how do I go about getting the old Vanity mirror metal plate off? Does it just pry off? Do I have to remove the two plastic things and how is that done?

(tried doing a search on this, but came up with nothing)

 

Took a leap and tried prying off the two plastic fasteners, and that worked just fine. Just had to be careful not to bend the metal backing plate in case I need to reuse it.
