Believe what you want, but a good upholstery shop doesn't spend much time on email and phone calls. You need to visit them to get their attention. This also gives you a chance to see what kind of work they do and what variety of cars they are working on. You may also decide from what you see, that you don't want them.
You'll also want pics of the items you want reupholstered on your smart phone or a memory stick.
The one place that replied has a website but no where is there an address so I can't even do that. The other outfit has two locations and won't respond to a phone call to tell me which place is legit!

Most web sites. The address for the company is under the contact us drill down.
That said , most places don't have someone on the payroll to answer phones. Good shops will have so much work they might not have the time to reply.
You need to roll up and walk in.
I'd also assume if you google the company name and city/town,state it should come up.
I asked my local car club that does the cruise nights events if they knew or a member knew of a good shop. Got a few leads that same week.
Might be worth asking around at your local cruise night or cars and coffee event.
