Upholstery Shop Recommendation near Denver, CO

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a reputable upholstery shop in the Denver area to rebuild and upholster the seats in my '53 Super 88? They currently have the original upholstery and (I believe) factory seat covers that are showing their age. The worst part, though, is the foam seat cushions are beginning to disintegrate - I get little piles of yellow dust on the carpeting every time I drive it. I would like to keep the new upholstery as close as humanly possible to an original fabric and pattern.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can give.

They make & sell original upholstery for the earlier vintage cars. Its not cheap or fast (made to order) but its concourse quality.

Then you can have a local shop install it. Going to be tough for a local shop to get the correct vintage materials.

Hope this helps, sorry i don't have any recommendations for shops in your local area though.

Auto Weave on 7th and Wadsworth does really nice work and I've also heard good reviews from Westside on Colfax, altho I've never seen their work.

I used Auto Weave several years ago when I did my El Camino. They have expanded to 2 shops and relocated since then, but Ron Nelson still owns it. They saved me money by repairing door panels instead of me having to replace them plus working with me in other ways. I could not have been happier with the work done.

They were recommended to me by the body shop that did my body and paint work.
