Steering column????????????

Will 73-77 A body cutlass steering column work in 68-72 A body's cutlass?

Where there's a will, there's a way.
You may have to fabricate a different shaped mounting plate where it bolts to the firewall for starters though. I have no idea if the center mount will line up. May be more fabbing there, too.

What's the issue? I have a 72 floor shift column if that's what you're looking for.

I have heard that the 73-77 columns are the same length as the 1969-72 columns (1968 is different because the key is not on the column). The one difference is the shape of the lever that the backdrive linkage attaches to.

I have a buddy that has a tilt out of of a 74 cutlass and was going to give it to me it will work and it's for a floorshift car.
