Sport Steering Wheel Horn Button ID/Question

Have this horn button with a METAL center/rocket emblem which makes me believe it's a pre-70 button. However, can't think of an earlier model that used this type button/steering wheel setup.

Can anyone ID this?

Thanks

Patton, could this be a center cap for the 1968 faux wood wheel?

Thanks very much for the info John and Joe. I bought it a few years ago because it just looked like a cool piece with the diecast/painted center and overall it was in nice shape anyway. Knowing what the darn thing was used with solves the mystery.
