Speaker kick panels

Same model year Chevelle interchangeable with a cutlass? I would assume they are but better be certain before I order some.

Better check with the supplier. I'm pretty certain that when I got mine from Custom Autosound (admittedly some years ago now) they were Oldsmoblie-specific. In any case, you should be prepared to do a few modifications before they're useable. Mine required reinforcement to keep the speakers from making the thin ABS buzz.

The chevelle ones are the same. I plan on adding some insulation as well as painting them with SEM landau black. Mine are black already but they are too glossy and look like plastic.

I agree on the too glossy finish. I added one screw to the passenger side kick panel to stop some rattling but didn't have any issues other than that, and I am driving them with a 100 Watt amp. It's easy enough to correct any vibration, rattling, or buzzing.
