Seat belt straps removal

I am adding "Dynamat" to my floor board and I will replace the old molded carpet but I don't seem to be able to remove the seat belt straps. I don't want to damage anything but I could use some help.

Sometimes you can squeeze the cover from opposite sides to get it off of the peg holding it. I have also had to use (very carefully) a flat blade screwdriver to coax it off. Once you have the cover off, you can use an end wrench (3/4" I believe) to loosen the bolt holding the retractor to the floor.

Thanks Randy, I got it off squeezing the cover and a 13/16' wrench.
