Restoring bucket seat tracks
#2
WD40/PB Blaster/ etc to free them up... work them back and forth a bunch. Then hit it w/ carb cleaner or brake clean & blow out with compressed air. Then hit it w/ white lithium grease, repeat in another 10 years.
you'll likley want to take the off the seat for this. It gets messy, at least the wya i do it.
after you do step 1 & 2 you may want to mask off the ball bearing (just a little peice of tape over it in the groove is fine) and hit the tracks with paint while you have them off... but thats up to you.
