my driver rear door has been very sticky...it won't close properly, and needs to be slammed. I think the repetitive slamming has taken its toll on the interior components, and although WD-40 helps, its not a permanent fix. so today I started trying to take the door panel off, so I could try to fix it, or at least lube it from the inside.

I took all the screws out, and now I'm stuck. it looks like the 2 mounts on each end of the door pull are holding it on, but I can't find out how to take them off to pull the screw/bolt.

There are covers on the end caps. Pry them off and you will see the screws holding them on. Unscrew the door lock **** to take it off and pull up on the door panel to take it off

so I stick a screwdriver under there and pry it off? I tried that as far as I wanted to go, but I don't want to break it, as I have no money for parts...it seems like it is really on there

what about putting it back on, just line it up and hit it with a mallet?

Not the complete end cap. There is a flat cover on it. Look at it closely. A flat screwdriver will pry the cover off the the plastic end cap. You dont pry on the entire end cap. Just the plastic flat cover on the cap.

alright, I took those off, and unscrewed the screws...it is noticeably looser now, but it appears to be mounted at the very top by the window...how do I take that apart?

Unscrew the the lock **** take it off and lift up the upper door panel

^I took that off, but it's clearly stuck on something else by the window...let me check real quick

EDIT: its stuck. if it is just the pull-up clips, these are MUCH stronger than the other ones on the door

roll your window down. pull up on the upper door panel. wiggle it back and forth its in metal channnel on your door frame it will pull up.
