Rear window roller replacement?

My rear power window on my 71 Cutlass is very slow to go up, and when I opened it up, none of the three larger rollers that are on the bottom of window that ride in a track in the regulator roll as the window goes up and down. Can these be replaced? Is there a part? How difficult? Thanks for any tips you can provide.

If you don't find a way to repair or rejuvenate them with lubrication and you decide to try to replace them shoot me a pm. I have a '68 parts car that I recently sold the glass sill plate to another member so the back is open on it and I could check it out for you. Response may be slow considering the time of year but just let me know. I would be glad to help out.

Replacement roller kits are available from the usual suspects. I replaced all of mine in my '68 4-4-2. I also removed all the tracks and cleaned them thoroughly, then re-lubed with white lithium grease. Works great. Before removing, ensure you have some sort of witness marks to re-locate all the bolts and screws. That way you won't have to spend a bunch of time trying to re-align the windows in the tracks and the roof line. Don't forget to clean all the electrical connections, from ALL switches to ALL connections at all FOUR motors. Electrical resistance contributes to slow movement.
