Rally Steering Wheel horn button

I bought a 72 Cutlass and it came with a 4 spoke Rally Steering wheel. Well the horn does not work, So I want to pull the horn button off to see what's missing. How do I pull the horn button off. I don't want to start prying or twisting until I know how it comes off. I know this is the place to ask.
Ron&Barb.

It goes on with clips ....like a hubcap. Prying easily should let it pop right off with no problems.

I see now what I'm missing. the horn button with the spring is missing.
Now to find one, or I can order the whole horn assembly from OPG.
Thanks for the help.

I think I found one on Ebay for $5.75.
I hope that solves the horn problem. Ron&Barb.
