Putting '76 buckets in a '67 bench cutlass

1-Does anybody see any problems with this?

2-what are the most economical places to get seat covers?

3-will chevelle seat covers fit? the look the same to me.

I'm also wondering if the buckets will need different rails that they have on them now. Any advice is appreciated.

You will need the floor mounts for the buckets to do it right...

By floor mounts do you mean the rails?

I mean the mounts or brackets that are welded to the floor for bucket seats to bolt to...

Ok. I'm guessing chevelle parts will work in this? They seem to be a lot easier to come by than Olds.

You do realize that the 73-77 seats are different from the 67-68 seats, right? I don't know if the A-body bucket seat mounting plates that are available from repro houses work with the 77 seats. You may end up fabricating something to work.
